Waiver and Release of Liability for guest participating in the The Official Houston High School Reunion Skate Party

By participating in the roller skating activity at The Official Houston High School Reunion Skate Party on Sunday, April 13th, 2025, @ The Rink/Discovery Green you (guest) acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk: I am aware that roller skating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries, and I voluntarily assume these risks while participating in roller skating activities at this event.

Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless Hosts/Organizers and Discovery Green/The Rink and any associated staff, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from any injury, loss, or damage to me, my property, or my person resulting from or related to roller skating at the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment: I consent to any medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of an injury while participating in roller skating activities and agree to assume all responsibility for any costs related to such treatment.
